Product Development Senior Engineer Electronics

The role involves end-to-end product development, from requirement gathering to implementation, with a strong emphasis on environmental compliance and sustainability. Key responsibilities include leading new product development projects, conducting research, managing environmental reporting activities (REACH, RoHS, Prop65), and providing technical expertise at industry functions. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in wire and cable industry. They should possess strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and product development cycles.
