PVH, the global powerhouse behind Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, is seeking a Marketing Data Engineer to join their Digital Consumer Operations team in Amsterdam. This role is crucial in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and personalization across PVH EMEA's digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust ETL pipelines, designing efficient data models, and creating integrations with various marketing and analytics platforms. Responsibilities For Marketing Data Engineer

  • Build and maintain data infrastructure for marketing analytics and campaign optimization
  • Develop ETL pipelines and design efficient data models
  • Create integrations with first- and third-party platforms
  • Design and maintain data pipelines using tools like Airflow, dbt, or AWS Glue
  • Create scalable data models using star/snowflake schemas
  • Enable automated dashboards and reports in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Develop customer segments based on behavioral and transactional data
  • Establish monitoring for pipeline reliability and data accuracy
  • Implement privacy compliance rules for GDPR and CCPA

Requirements For Marketing Data Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in marketing or eCommerce
  • Strong experience with ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, AWS Glue) and SQL development
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
  • Proficiency in Python for pipeline automation
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse best practices
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy-compliant data handling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
