Responsibilities For Senior AI/GenAI - ML Engineer
- Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs)
- Develop and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Design and build LLM-based AI agents
- Experiment with LLM techniques including fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Develop and maintain documentation for models, pipelines, and APIs
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Monitor and analyze model performance
- Research AI trends
- Mentor junior AI engineers
Requirements For Senior AI/GenAI - ML Engineer
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in developing AI/GenAI solutions
- Strong understanding of traditional machine learning algorithms
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with NLP and computer vision techniques
- Experience with building and deploying AI agents and APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Must have relevant certification (Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or AWS ML Specialty)
