Responsibilities For Senior Engineering Operations Analyst, Engineering Operations
- Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information about day-to-day activities
- Drive small/medium sized projects with limited support
- Data analysis and dashboard creation for leadership reporting
- Working in SalesForce (Qsales) to help seed developers and Studios externally
- Manage shipping process for team
- Track and resolve operational tasks/issues
- Contribute to project planning activities
- Gather and analyze information to identify project gaps
- Implement new and established processes and methods
- Provide IT support with assistance from existing IT teams
Requirements For Senior Engineering Operations Analyst, Engineering Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Highly proficient in working with Windows and Technical background
- Proficient in Data Analysis, Dashboards and creating reports
- Familiarity with Project Management and Operations
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to drive projects with minimal direction
- 4+ years of related work experience
