Responsibilities For Staff Engineer, Analogue/PMIC Design

  • Act as a key contributor in a complex environment
  • Define architecture for complex Power-management blocks
  • Plan and execute block development
  • Provide documentation for block characterization
  • Deliver fully verified blocks
  • Verify power-management subsystems within the Analogue section
  • Solve complex problems in tightly constrained environment
  • Ensure quality of solutions
  • Work with macro lead for timely delivery of subsystems

Requirements For Staff Engineer, Analogue/PMIC Design

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Design experience of Key Power management IPs like SMPS, LDOs
  • Good understanding of analog design
  • Ability to coordinate with different groups and define requirements
  • Experience in power-management block design
  • Competency in Analogue design and verification techniques
  • Proficiency with Cadence and Mentor analogue design tools
  • Knowledge of Matlab and system design tools (preferred)
  • Good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
