Software Engineer II - Data and Insights

As a Software Engineer II on our Data and Insights team, you'll be at the forefront of building systems that help customers understand and respond to experience data from their customers and employees. You'll be joining a nimble team focused on bringing predictive analytics to the next level, working on products like StatsiQ, Crosstabs, Predict iQ and Advanced Analytics Widgets. Our mission is to facilitate the journey from discovery to anticipation while lowering the burden of time and expertise, enabling people to take informed, empathetic actions to improve human experiences.

The role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and business impact. You'll be working in an agile environment, designing systems to withstand hyper-growth while maintaining quality from end to end. You'll collaborate closely with platform teams to ensure tight integration while having the flexibility to choose architectures and independently deliver on business vision.

The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years of full-stack experience and strong computer science fundamentals, combined with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems. You'll be working with technologies like React, JavaScript, Python, and modern web frameworks, while having the opportunity to shape the future of experience management technology.
