Software Engineer II - Healthcare

Our team operates with significant autonomy, allowing engineers to choose their tech stack and experiment with cutting-edge technologies. You'll work on critical projects like connecting patient experience data to electronic healthcare records, implementing regulatory healthcare survey programs, and developing Magnet reporting solutions.

The role combines technical expertise with real-world impact, as you'll be building systems that help our customers understand and respond to experience data from their patients and employees. You'll be designing distributed systems in an agile environment that can withstand hyper-growth, while taking full ownership of quality from end to end.
