You'll be working on critical projects like connecting patient experience data to electronic healthcare records, regulatory healthcare survey programs, and Magnet reporting. Our team embraces modern technology, allowing engineers to experiment with and learn cutting-edge tools like Python, MySQL, React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Kubernetes.

The role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and meaningful impact. You'll participate in Career Action Planning, working with your manager to achieve your professional goals. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering impactful solutions.

Our hybrid work model balances flexibility with collaboration - we gather in the office three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one leader-selected day) in thoughtfully designed spaces. This structure helps us maintain strong team connections while supporting work-life integration.

Beyond the technical work, you'll be part of a company that's leading the Experience Management category, serving over 18K clients globally. We offer competitive compensation, including performance bonuses and an $1800 Experience bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including wellness reimbursements and access to various employee resource groups like MOSAIQ, Green Team, and Women's Leadership Development.
