Staff Software Engineer - Healthcare

At Qualtrics, we're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Healthcare team and play a crucial role in shaping our healthcare domain architecture. As the Healthcare domain architect, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Healthcare data model and managing contracts between the Healthcare domain and other adjacent domains within Qualtrics. Your work will span across multiple healthcare products, including regulatory compliance solutions, specialized healthcare products like Magnet and Rounding, and partner-interfacing products with major healthcare systems like Epic and Vizient.

The role requires deep technical expertise in distributed systems, full-stack development, and database technologies. You'll be working with modern tech stack including Java, PHP, Scala, and JavaScript frameworks, while building scalable solutions that handle sensitive healthcare data. The position offers significant technical challenges, from designing low-latency services to implementing advanced analytics using natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
