Responsibilities For AI Chatbot Developer (WatsonX, Discovery & Orchestration)
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using WatsonX Assistant
- Build Watson Discovery solutions for intelligent search, retrieval, and contextual insights
- Implement orchestration flows to manage multi-system enterprise use cases
- Integrate chatbots with ERP, CRM, HRMS, ITSM, and other platforms through APIs
- Develop conversation flows, intents, entities, slots, and strategies
- Fine-tune NLP/NLU models to improve chatbot accuracy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Optimize chatbot performance, conduct testing, and provide support
- Stay current with WatsonX advancements and apply best practices
Requirements For AI Chatbot Developer (WatsonX, Discovery & Orchestration)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI chatbot development
- Expertise in WatsonX Assistant design, skill creation, and enterprise integration
- Hands-on experience with Watson Discovery
- Knowledge of orchestration frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization
- Problem-solving mindset with Agile/Scrum experience
- IBM Watson or WatsonX certifications (preferred)
- Experience integrating chatbots with platforms like Slack, MS Teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and WatsonX.ai (preferred)
- Exposure to RPA/automation tools (preferred)
