Responsibilities For DEVOP Engineer (AWS Terraform)-PSDE II
- Automate deployments utilizing custom templates and modules for customer environments on AWS
- Architect AWS environment best practices and deployment methodologies
- Create automation tools and processes to improve day to day functions
- Educate customers on AWS and Rackspace best practices and architecture
- Ensure the control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment
- Lead Workload/Workforce Management and Optimization related tasks
- Assist Rackers across the Cloud Function
Requirements For DEVOP Engineer (AWS Terraform)-PSDE II
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- 5-7 Years of total IT experience
- 5-7 Years of experience on AWS Cloud & DevOps tools
- Associate level Certificates in AWS or professional level certificate
- Proficient skills in Python, Linux, Shell scripting
- Proficient skills with git and git workflows
- Highly skilled in Terraform/IaC, including CI/CD practices
- Working knowledge in Kubernetes
- Knowledge of configuration management systems (Chef, Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in 24*7 environments and weekends/holidays when required
