Rapsodo, a leading sports technology company, is seeking a part-time Computer Vision & Deep Learning Assistant Engineer to join their R&D team in Ankara, Turkey. The company has a strong presence globally with offices in Singapore, Turkey, USA, Japan, and the UK, and partners with major sports organizations including all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, and PGA of America.
The role focuses on developing and optimizing computer vision and deep learning solutions for golf course generation using satellite imagery. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies to enhance satellite image processing, implement deep network architectures, and improve 3D modeling pipelines within Unity.
As a part-time position ideal for university students in their 3rd or 4th year, this role offers hands-on experience in applying machine learning and computer vision techniques to real-world sports technology problems. You'll be joining a dynamic R&D environment that includes UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science, and Unity teams.
The position requires strong Python programming skills, experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, and understanding of image processing techniques. Familiarity with Unity is a plus. You'll be contributing to innovative solutions that help athletes maximize their performance while working with a team that's at the forefront of sports technology.
