Raytheon UK, a prestigious leader in defence and aerospace technology, is seeking a Senior Media Developer to join their Courseware and Media Development Capability (CMDC) team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position offering a hybrid work arrangement, predominantly working from home with occasional travel requirements.

The role involves creating sophisticated interactive media content for military training courses using cutting-edge technology like Unity and 3D modeling. Responsibilities For Senior Media Developer

  • Produce interactive media for training courses using Unity and 3D assets
  • Build interactive functionality for training delivery resources
  • Create media/animation sequences/eLearning/virtual environments
  • Comply with Raytheon and Customer policies
  • Carry out quality assurance procedures
  • Travel to other sites within the UK when required
  • Champion and foster Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance

Requirements For Senior Media Developer

JavaScript
  • Qualification in Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field at QCF Level 4 or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in creating and developing media content
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling / Unity development and/or Adobe Creative Cloud / Articulate 360
  • Must qualify for SC security clearance
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
