Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Reddit, Inc. seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Targeting in San Francisco, CA. This role involves designing and implementing the next generation of ad targeting products for Reddit. The successful candidate will communicate and collaborate with product, design, infra, and other cross-functional engineering teams. They will champion and drive engineering processes and best practices while contributing to the ad platform architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing targeting products across the ad stack: Reddit Ads UI, campaign management, audience size forecasting, ad delivery, and ML-based prediction systems.
• Learning, adapting, and proposing new technologies to address functional and scaling challenges.
• Writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code to help iterate quickly and safely.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a closely related quantitative discipline, along with two years of relevant experience. They should be proficient in technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, React, Redux, ElasticSearch or Big Query, Postgres, Cassandra or MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Redis.

This position offers a competitive base salary range of $252,367.50 - $267,100 USD, with additional equity in the form of restricted stock units. The role may be eligible for commission, depending on the specific position offered.
