Responsibilities For Associate Software Engineer

  • Provide support for complaints and technical queries related to Revvity products
  • Support and configure instrument interfacing with LIS and HIS systems
  • Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to develop next-generation IT solutions
  • Implement, validate, and troubleshoot connectivity between instruments and external systems
  • Analyze system requirements and integrate third-party solutions
  • Perform lifecycle management of software systems
  • Identify and resolve integration issues
  • Interface and integrate LIS/HIS software with external systems
  • Provide training to customers and internal teams
  • Review customer data quarterly and help with analytics
  • Support pre-sales activities

Requirements For Associate Software Engineer

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT project management and software integration
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance lifecycle and methodologies
  • Knowledge in medical diagnostics or public health IT environments
  • Proficient in SQL database installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with ASTM/HL7/Text-based integration protocols
  • Strong understanding of LIS/HIS systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of laboratory tests and protocols in diagnostic context
