This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite in Chicago, with occasional travel to Springfield and Ohio. Responsibilities For Onsite Software Engineer

  • Support software applications according to Quality Management System
  • Create appropriate documentation for all work performed
  • Independently troubleshoot, resolve, validate, and document technical issues
  • Complete support cases and complaint handling
  • Conduct training sessions with team members and customers
  • Collaborate with team as primary technical resource
  • Analyze and understand detailed requirements
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements For Onsite Software Engineer

  • Associate degree and 4-7+ years of experience in software configuration or support OR BS degree and 3-5+ years of experience
  • Two or more years of experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MS Business Intelligence Studio
  • Technical experience with writing and executing SQL statements
  • Customer support experience using case management system
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects independently
