Ridecell is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team and play a crucial role in building and maintaining their data infrastructure. As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for owning and evolving data pipelines from ingestion to delivery, building and maintaining the data warehouse, and ensuring data reliability and security at scale. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand and meet data needs while making data accessible across the company.
The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or related backend roles, with strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery. You should be comfortable with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and cloud tools (AWS/GCP), as well as tools like dbt, Airflow, Kafka, and Spark. Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages are essential, along with a commitment to clean code and clear documentation.
