Job Description

Ridecell is a leading provider of fleet orchestration solutions, specializing in fleet and leasing management. Their Ridecell 360 fleet industry cloud platform delivers data-driven intelligence and automation solutions to modernize and optimize fleet operations.

As a Fullstack Engineer at Ridecell, you'll be joining a dynamic team focused on scaling and developing their product for target markets. The role requires a deep understanding of engineering processes across the stack, with particular emphasis on UI/UX development. You'll be responsible for developing new features, leading projects from concept to deployment, and ensuring high-performance, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing features and infrastructure under tight deadlines
  • Leading projects from conceptualization to deployment
  • Maintaining high code quality and thoughtful application design
  • Building scalable distributed solutions
  • Participating in agile development processes
  • Collaborating with designers and engineers across teams
  • Working across time zones using various communication tools

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years experience with Javascript frameworks
  • Strong experience with React and RESTful APIs
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, React, Redux, and Javascript
  • Excellence in debugging and optimization
  • Experience with unit/integration testing
  • Startup experience and ability to work quickly
  • Location in Bordeaux, France area

The role offers an opportunity to work with leading fleet businesses across Europe and North America, including major clients like Arval, Merchants Fleet, and KINTO by Toyota Sweden. You'll be part of a global team with offices in San Francisco, Tokyo, Paris, Bordeaux, Berlin, and Pune, contributing to solutions that modernize the automotive leasing and mobility industry.
