Job Description
Rilla, a leading conversation intelligence software for outside sales teams in industries like solar, roofing, and real estate, is seeking a Software Engineer to join its founding team. As an early-stage company backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Rilla offers the unique opportunity to build high-quality products quickly and directly impact the company's technical roadmap. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with customers and the engineering team to develop new features from scratch, contributing to a world-class solution. You'll also help set the standard for future engineers as the organization scales.
The tech stack includes Typescript with Node.js on the backend, React/React Native on the frontend, Python for integrations and AI workloads, and PostgreSQL as the database. The company offers a competitive salary range of $170K - $230K, along with equity options. This is a great opportunity to grow individually as the company scales and influence the codebase while expanding your skillset. Visa sponsorship is available.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in building software
