Responsibilities For Senior Backend PHP Laravel Engineer Octopus by RTG
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using PHP Laravel
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Manage and maintain databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including schema design and optimization
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications

- 4-7 years of professional backend development experience
