Responsibilities For Data Engineer

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models for AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand source schemas and translate them into Common Data Model
  • Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines within Platform Reference Architecture
  • Work with management and product teams to understand platform data requirements
  • Collaborate on Agile team to implement scalable data solutions
  • Perform unit tests and code reviews
  • Secure data in alignment with security policies and requirements
  • Create and implement cloud-based data solutions

Requirements For Data Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing data technologies and deploying ETL/ELT solutions
  • 3+ years of hands-on work with cloud-based data services (Azure or AWS)
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake)
  • 3+ years developing backend solutions in Python, Scala, Java, .NET
  • Experience with distributed data platforms (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Experience with AI/ML pipelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Fluency with database technologies (relational and/or NoSQL)
