Responsibilities For Data Scientist Lead
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs
- Develop and track metrics to measure the impact of AI tools on developer productivity
- Create data visualizations to communicate insights and trends
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Design and execute experiments and A/B tests
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Create and enforce processes that ensure quality of work

Requirements For Data Scientist Lead
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
