Description For Director, Technical Product Management, Service Delivery

We're seeking a Director of Technical Product Management to join our Service Delivery team, focusing on our cloud-scale architecture including Hyperforce, our next-generation infrastructure.

You'll serve as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce's cloud infrastructure, creating compelling content, understanding market trends, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements For Director, Technical Product Management, Service Delivery

Kubernetes
  • 8+ years experience in technical product management / product management / product / service engineering for a high tech company (cloud experience preferred)
  • Background in cloud-scale architectures / technologies
  • Experience in messaging / positioning / communicating cloud-scale architectures
  • Proven ability to set a vision and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in high-stress, challenging customer situations
  • Strong affinity for metrics and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in fast-paced environment
  • MBA preferred
