Lead Agentforce Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Agentforce Solution Engineer to spearhead their transformational AI technology initiatives. As a Lead Agentforce Solution Engineer, you'll combine deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to build agentic solutions across various industries. The role involves leading all aspects of POC delivery, from initial qualification through to final value assessment, working closely with account teams and technical specialists.

Your responsibilities will include configuring the platform, creating and optimizing AI agents, developing prompt engineering strategies, and ensuring proper governance through appropriate guardrails. You'll need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences, making you a crucial bridge between Salesforce's advanced AI capabilities and practical business applications.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of Salesforce platform experience, along with expertise in AI technologies, particularly in generative AI and Large Language Models. You'll need to hold multiple Salesforce certifications and have experience with cloud-based data platforms. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong presentation skills, and the capability to work both independently and as part of various teams.
