Responsibilities For Metaspace Software Engineer MTS- Return to Work Program
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to develop enterprise level quality applications
- Participate in product and feature design with product team and business partners
- Manage data uploads, feeds, and other integrations
- Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Assess impact of new requirements on all upstream and downstream applications
- Develop tools and testing frameworks to improve engineer productivity
- Build, enhance, monitor and maintain test automation infrastructure
- Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics
- Respond to bugs and prioritized customer investigations
Requirements For Metaspace Software Engineer MTS- Return to Work Program
- 5+ years of experience in building data integration frameworks
- Understanding of Software engineering principles - OO design, design patterns, data modeling
- Knowledge of distributed computing and algorithm design
- Expertise in Python programming, Microservices, APIs
- Experience with data serialization formats (JSON, XML, Protocol Buffers)
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks & Tools
- Knowledge of Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
