- Design and implement comprehensive adversarial testing strategies
- Mentor teams on adversarial testing standard processes
- Develop detection models and safety guardrails
- Write clean, efficient code in Python
- Test for technical vulnerabilities and model vulnerabilities
- Write reports covering testing operations and outcomes
- Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with AI Research team on model safety approaches
Requirements For Responsible AI Data Scientist - AI Red Teamer
- 3-5 years of industry experience in Software Engineering, AI ethics, AI research, or similar roles
- Experience in adversarial thinking and AI system security
- Experience with heuristic-based detection logic
- Experience analyzing large-scale data sets
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience using SQL and Python
- Related technical degree required
- Experience in AI red-teaming (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI attack methodologies (preferred)
