Responsibilities For Senior Manager, RAG and AI Engineering
- Collaborate with AI Cloud leaders to co-create and refine AI and data engineering strategy
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable distributed systems and data retrieval pipelines
- Spearhead Knowledge Graphs retrieval integration into AI ecosystem
- Partner with teams to develop search and retrieval capabilities using LLMs
- Prioritize talent retention and team development

Requirements For Senior Manager, RAG and AI Engineering
- Related technical degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years experience building and scaling distributed systems
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native technologies
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
