Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager, AIOps Agent
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals for the agentic AIOps platform
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Stay informed about competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Partner with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business teams
- Prioritize feature development using agile methodologies
- Ensure platform's architecture supports modularity, scalability, and extensibility
Requirements For Senior Product Manager, AIOps Agent
- Bachelor's degree (technical disciplines preferred)
- 6+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager at a software company
- Strong understanding of IT operations, DevOps, and incident/problem management
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps tools
- Experience in managing products in an agile environment
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones (US, India and Singapore)
- Experience presenting to executive leadership
- Related technical degree required
