This role combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen, requiring deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and Salesforce's product ecosystem.

The position involves working at the intersection of technical architecture and partner relations, where you'll be responsible for developing scalable solutions that drive innovation and revenue growth. You'll provide technical leadership in integrating Salesforce's AI and Data Cloud capabilities into partner solutions, ensuring best practices and optimal outcomes.

Key aspects of the role include technical co-creation with partners, thought leadership in AI and data strategy, and pre-sales support. You'll be crafting reference architectures, proof-of-concepts, and reusable assets that demonstrate the business value of Salesforce AI products. The role requires expertise in modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agent-based frameworks, and prompt engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and Salesforce technologies, particularly Agentforce and Data Cloud. Responsibilities For Senior Technical Architect, Partner Solutions

  • Collaborate with Partners to co-create, validate, and scale Agentforce solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating Salesforce's AI and Data Cloud into Partner use cases
  • Drive AI and data strategy for Partners, creating reusable assets and reference architectures
  • Support and drive go-to-market strategies for co-created solutions
  • Provide technical advisory and product expertise during implementation
  • Conduct architectural reviews and suggest enhancements for Partner solutions

Requirements For Senior Technical Architect, Partner Solutions

Python
  • Experience in AI and data architecture with understanding of cloud-based platforms, CRM systems, and AI/agentic frameworks
  • Strong background with Hyperscalers and Data Clouds like AWS, GCP, Snowflake and Databricks
  • Strong background in Salesforce platform, particularly in Agentforce, Data Cloud and Einstein products
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks, MLOps practices, and cloud AI platforms
  • Experience in engaging with GSIs or large enterprise Partners
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive complex technical conversations
