Salesforce is seeking a Signature Success Solution Engineer (SE) to join their fastest-growing offerings team. This quota-carrying sales role focuses on driving Signature Success revenue growth and increasing attach rates. The position combines technical expertise with sales acumen, requiring collaboration with various teams to develop compelling use cases for Signature Success plans.

The role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge and customer-facing skills, working directly with field sales teams to ensure Signature Success inclusion in sales opportunities and renewals. You'll be responsible for achieving global Signature Success targets while serving as a subject matter expert across cloud solutions.

  • Achieve revenue and bid margin targets for Signature Success plans
  • Support program-level enablement with CSG and sales teams
  • Manage internal Slack Signature communities
  • Evangelize Signature Success plans both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with various parts of the organization
  • Facilitate qualification, solution fit, pipeline progression
  • Serve as a cross cloud Signature Success plans subject matter expert
  • Provide product feedback to Offer Management

Requirements For Signature Success Plans Solution Engineer

  • Degree or equivalent proven experience
  • 3+ years experience in Technical Sales, Presales/Solution Consulting, Professional Services, or Technical Support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of customer success principles
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
