Success Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect specializing in Agentforce + Data Cloud to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers. This role combines technical expertise in data and analytics with customer success management. The position focuses on Data Cloud's integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds, enabling Customer 360 use cases and AI-driven solutions.

As a Success Architect, you'll be responsible for evaluating and recommending optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce + Data Cloud. The role requires deep expertise in data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices, with a focus on guiding customers through migration and optimization processes.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of enterprise consulting experience, with specific expertise in Analytics/CDP spaces and at least 2 development lifecycles of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI implementations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working with stakeholders from developer to executive level, translating technical concepts into business value.
