Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer, Marketing Cloud

  • Provide comprehensive support for Marketing Cloud products including frontend, backend, platform, development, network, and messaging services
  • Handle inquiries related to Marketing Cloud sales promotion and customer utilization support
  • Establish and maintain technical expertise in product functionality
  • Troubleshoot Marketing Cloud product issues
  • Collaborate with global support and development teams
  • Create and manage knowledge documentation
  • Participate in various initiatives and projects
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through expectation management and customer experience

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer, Marketing Cloud

  • 3+ years experience in technical support, technical account management, or software development/testing/operations
  • Experience in troubleshooting web applications
  • Knowledge of database concepts, data management (RDBMS) and SQL
  • Understanding of Internet technologies: web servers, DNS servers, HTTP requests
  • Knowledge of frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (Java, PHP, SQL) development
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in changing priorities
  • English reading and writing skills
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
