Lead Firmware Quality Engineer

This player/coach role combines hands-on work with team leadership, guiding firmware QA engineers while collaborating with firmware development, hardware, and product teams. The role involves working with RTOS-based firmware featuring complex connectivity stacks including cellular, GPS, BLE, WiFi, and CAN. Leadership responsibilities include scaling QA infrastructure, test automation, and validation processes. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week in the San Francisco office.
