Senior Software Engineer - Growth

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to join their team and make a direct impact on business growth and go-to-market strategy. As a Growth Engineer, you'll help accelerate revenue by building products and systems that support scalable growth, from lead conversion tooling to experimentation platforms. The role involves working with the entire stack using Python for backends, Javascript (Vue) for frontends, and AWS for infrastructure management.

The position offers the opportunity to work on projects that directly impact key business metrics, collaborating closely with GTM teams to identify opportunities and build solutions. The role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US, except for the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary range of $109,480 - $165,600 USD, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, flexible working arrangements, and participation in the Samsara for Good charity fund.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience, strong Python/Javascript skills, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies. Experience with Growth teams, Vue.js, AWS services, and various development tools would be advantageous.
