Senior Software Engineer I

This role is crucial for building solutions that empower millions of drivers daily, focusing on performance, engagement, and accurate trip assignments. The position involves working with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, including face recognition and Large Language Models (LLMs).

As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for taking full ownership of complex features and projects, from initial concept through design, development, launch, and ongoing support. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining a strong customer focus throughout development.

The position offers competitive compensation including base salary ($126,140 - $212,000 USD), bonus/variable pay, and RSU awards.
