Senior Software Engineer I, Smart Trailer and Connected Equipment

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I for their Smart Trailer and Connected Equipment business unit, one of their fastest-growing product lines. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions for trailer and unpowered equipment management, including tracking utilization, sensor monitoring for loads and temperature, and comprehensive asset tracking solutions. The position is remote and open to candidates residing in Canada.

As part of Samsara's mission to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations, you'll work with IoT devices and develop solutions that have real-world impact across industries like agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing. With over 2.3 million IoT devices deployed globally, you'll be building scalable innovations that help customers manage their physical operations effectively.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, or React, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
