Responsibilities For Clinical Science Operations Engineer - VIE Contract
- Conduct an audit of current tools and working methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Research and evaluate innovative digital solutions suited to our needs (AI, automation, collaboration, agile project management, mapping)
- Design and implement a digital transformation plan
- Train and support team members in adopting new tools and methodologies
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance and transformation impact
- Propose agile approaches and innovative methodologies to improve efficiency
Requirements For Clinical Science Operations Engineer - VIE Contract
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
- Strong understanding and proven experience with AI concepts and their applications
- Strong interest in digital transformation and change management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Must be a citizen of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland)
- Must be between 18 and 28 years old
