Job Description

Sanofi, a leading global biopharma company, is seeking a Clinical Science Operations Engineer for their VIE program. This role is part of their R&D organization, specifically within the Clinical Development team, where you'll play a crucial role in modernizing process engineering practices through the integration of innovative digital and AI tools.

Responsibilities For Clinical Science Operations Engineer - VIE Contract

  • Conduct an audit of current tools and working methods to identify improvement opportunities
  • Research and evaluate innovative digital solutions suited to our needs (AI, automation, collaboration, agile project management, mapping)
  • Design and implement a digital transformation plan
  • Train and support team members in adopting new tools and methodologies
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance and transformation impact
  • Propose agile approaches and innovative methodologies to improve efficiency

Requirements For Clinical Science Operations Engineer - VIE Contract

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Strong understanding and proven experience with AI concepts and their applications
  • Strong interest in digital transformation and change management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Must be a citizen of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland)
  • Must be between 18 and 28 years old
