Responsibilities For ServiceNow Developer, Data Foundations
- Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the CSDM framework
- Develop and enforce policies for data management within CMDB
- Implement and enhance ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
- Develop innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Platform optimization and performance improvement
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory and organizational compliance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Requirements For ServiceNow Developer, Data Foundations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years experience as ServiceNow Developer/Admin focusing on CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM
- Strong expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery and Service Mapping
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in regulated industries
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
