Santander is seeking a SQL Developer to join their Data & Analytics team within Compliance and Economic Crime Risk. This 12-month seconded role focuses on delivering Data Analysis & Management Information needs for Remediation & Regulatory projects and data-led automation efficiencies.
The role involves setting up the Compliance data capability, enabling a single customer view, and creating a framework for future automation solutions. You'll work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and build technical solutions across various teams.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing data solutions to increase efficiency, providing cost and time estimates for large-scale projects, producing technical strategy documents, and maintaining excellent cross-functional relationships.
