Requirements For Principal Engineer, Software Engineering
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working on Agile methodologies
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
- People management experience in the last 1-2 years
- Experience working on cloud technologies
- Experience in Connector frameworks or building and maintaining new connectors using OCI or Open Source platforms
- Highly proficient in Java, Microservice, Grails, MySQL, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ
- Experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing applications development, solution design and delivery, and process improvement
- Proven experience in team management, hiring, retaining and leading top engineering talent
- Experience building applications or products which support complex end-user workflows, ideally in a SaaS context
- Experience working with micro-frontend architecture
- Experience building components for a highly scalable solution
- Excellent logical and Analytical Skills
- Clear articulation of thoughts in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
