Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise Application

Scale AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their Enterprise Application team, focusing on frontend and full-stack development. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise solutions, working on Scale's Generative AI Platform (SGP) and customer-facing applications.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects like TIME's Person of the Year AI experience while contributing to Scale's core GenAI Platform. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing features across the entire stack, from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend systems.

The role requires collaboration with leading AI companies and government agencies, including OpenAI, Meta, Microsoft, and various military branches. You'll be tasked with solving complex data-related challenges and building infrastructure that powers advanced AI models. The position demands both technical expertise and customer-facing skills, as you'll regularly interact with technical customers to understand and address their needs.

Scale AI offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $156,000 to $235,000 USD, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. The company maintains a hybrid work environment in either San Francisco or New York City.
