Shell is seeking an OT Security Engineer to join their Technical Asset Support (TAS) team, primarily supporting Shell Terminals globally in the Trading & Supply organization. This role is crucial in safeguarding industrial control systems and critical infrastructure from cyber threats. The position involves remote support with some time overlaps required for respective Assets.
The role sits within the SEAM organization, which integrates Safety, Environment & Asset Management activities across Shell's global operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Global/Regional ICE Leads, Facilities Engineers, Site Focal Points, and other members of the T&S organisation, including vendors and contractors.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industrial standards, conducting risk assessments, developing monitoring dashboards, managing system changes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of experience in Control & Automation within the Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals industry, along with strong cybersecurity knowledge.
