Job Description

Shopmonkey, a leading auto-repair shop software company, is seeking a QA Engineer based in Armenia to join their growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring product quality across their platform that serves over 3,500 auto shops in the U.S. and Canada.

The position requires a detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience in testing complex web applications. As a Manual QA Engineer, you'll be the first line of defense against defects, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases, managing regression processes, and collaborating with automation engineers to convert manual tests into automated scripts.

Shopmonkey is backed by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firms and has raised a $75 million Series C round. The company has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers multiple years running, ranking #4 in 2022. They operate in the $500B global car repair market, focusing on modernizing and streamlining operations for auto repair shops.

The role offers comprehensive benefits (for US-based employees) including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible time off, and parental leave. The company culture emphasizes work-life balance and professional growth, though specific benefits may vary for employees based in Armenia.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively communicate across teams. You'll be part of a mission to transform the auto repair industry while working with modern tools and technologies in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
