The Software Engineer, Agent (German speaking) role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing production-grade AI agents that directly impact Sierra's revenue and growth. The role offers complete ownership of the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll work directly with leaders at major enterprises and cutting-edge startups in London, implementing AI agents that transform their operations. Your work will directly influence the evolution of Sierra's core platform through close collaboration with research, product, and platform teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in building production systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and professional fluency in both German and English. Experience with AI/LLM systems, React, TypeScript, or Go is highly valued.
