Software Engineer, Agent (Spanish speaking)

As a Software Engineer, Agent (Spanish speaking), you'll be at the forefront of developing production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and transform how enterprises operate. The role combines technical expertise with customer interaction, requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.

You'll have complete ownership of the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), working directly with leaders at major enterprises and cutting-edge startups in London. Your responsibilities include building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. Recent projects have involved creating AI agents for telecommunications companies, developing troubleshooting systems, and experimenting with voice models.
