Sirdab is a tech-ops focused startup revolutionizing logistics in the MENA region through their cloud warehousing and transportation solutions platform. Their end-to-end system enables businesses to quickly acquire various types of warehousing space and manage inventory through a unified platform.
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and scaling their Rails-based web applications. Key responsibilities include owning feature implementation, establishing architecture, improving codebase efficiency, and mentoring other engineers. You'll need 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong Rails expertise, and frontend development skills.

Responsibilities For Fullstack Software Engineer
- Take ownership of scoping and implementing new projects & features in a full stack Rails webapp
- Lead implementation of upgrading core product and releasing new products
- Establish and guide the architecture of several web applications
- Build leverage: optimize task efficiency
- Proactively improve codebase & team workflows
- Research and lead adoption of new systems/technologies
- Mentor junior engineers & challenge senior engineers
- Maintain high technical bar via code reviews and testing
- Collaborate with internal designers and engineers
Requirements For Fullstack Software Engineer
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years experience working with Ruby on Rails and REST APIs
- Non-zero experience writing frontend code
- Ability to work as a fullstack Rails engineer
- Impact-oriented mindset

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
