Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the technical future of Skello. The position combines hands-on development (70% of your time) with strategic architectural leadership. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable solutions, leading the Architecture Squad, and driving technical innovation across the platform.

The role requires expertise in AWS, Node.js/TypeScript, and/or Python, with a strong focus on distributed systems and microservices architecture. You'll be working on challenging technical problems while collaborating with product and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance performance, reliability, scalability, accessibility, and security.
