  • Analyze and document complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation
  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable BPM solutions using industry-leading platforms
  • Integrate BPM solutions with other enterprise systems
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of BPM processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BPM processes
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in BPM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BPM processes

Requirements For BPM Lead Engineer

Java
JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a BPM Engineer with banking domain knowledge
  • Experience with industry-leading BPM platforms (MS Dynamics, Appian, Pega)
  • Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and other programming languages
  • Experience with SQL and database technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
