Principal Software Engineer - UI Frontend

Snowflake, the fastest growing software company at this scale in history, is seeking a Principal UI Architect to build the future of their Cloud Data Platform. As the UI Architect, you will own building a unified experience across multiple Snowflake platforms, defining the architectural vision for the Experiences platform, and ensuring consistency of design abstractions across the entire product surface. You'll be the voice of Product experiences in the company-wide technical architects forum and participate in defining future technical directions. This role requires significant software development experience, including 15+ years in product web UI application development and shipping world-class experiences. You'll work on building intuitive, elegant, and accessible user interfaces that make a powerful and highly technical product simple to use. Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in product web UI application development
• Deep understanding of modern web applications design architecture
• Experience with distributed system development
• Technical leadership experience in high-impact customer-facing projects
• Expertise in modern technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Node
• Experience with Canvas, SVG, and other visualization tools/libraries is a plus
