Principal Cloud Engineer – AWS Infrastructure & Solutions

Solventum, a newly formed company from 3M Healthcare's spin-off, is seeking a Principal AWS Cloud Engineer to serve as a senior technical authority in designing, building, and optimizing secure, scalable, and compliant AWS cloud solutions. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic influence on enterprise architecture and best practices.

The position requires deep expertise in AWS services, healthcare compliance, and cloud architecture. You'll be responsible for designing high-availability infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code, architecting hybrid cloud solutions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and HITRUST. The role involves both technical leadership and mentorship, without direct management responsibilities.

Working remotely, you'll join a company focused on breakthrough healthcare solutions at the intersection of health, material, and data science. The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $183,301 to $224,034, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
