The ideal candidate will use data-driven approaches to understand reliability factors and drive quality improvements across design and development teams. As a Sr. Hardware Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for partnering with engineering teams to improve product reliability, conducting failure investigations, leading risk reduction initiatives, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in PCBA manufacturing, electrical test equipment, and avionics systems.
The position offers competitive compensation between $125,000-$175,000 per year plus equity opportunities through stock options and ESPP.
